Avery recently received her skate helmet from the Ian Tilmann Foundation (www.theiantilmannfoundation.org) , a Florida-based group that provides helmets to skaters who promise to wear them always. She’s been wanting to skateboard for some time. So now– look out!

Summer has been slow to arrive here, it rained almost every day in June.  But now, the sun is out, and summer fun can get underway in earnest.  Avery headed out for some natural light and vitamin D.
